And the final sections of the text are more focussed on the implementation phase of enterprise systems.

B. Nicolaus Wohldorf is the Managing Director of Wohldorf Systems Inc., a Manila, Philippines based information technology and management consultancy. He has extensive experience with integrated management systems at multi-national as well as large and medium-size corporations. He was born and raised in Hamburg Germany and holds an MSc in Integrated Management Systems (University of Birmingham, England) and an MBE, Master of Business and Engineering (Universitat Kaiserslautern, Germany)
