The Project Plan is described, including Scope, Strategy and the importance of fixed milestones. Ideas on practical easy to use management tools are also included. Templates for status reports, issues and meeting agendas. And the final sections of the text are more focussed on the implementation phase of enterprise systems. B. Nicolaus Wohldorf is the Managing Director of Wohldorf Systems Inc., a Manila, Philippines based information technology and management consultancy. He has extensive experience with integrated management systems at multi-national as well as large and medium-size corporations.
